Rufus Ebegba Centre for Leadership and Environmental Sustainability was founded by Chief, Dr. Sir Rufus Ebegba in the year 2020. The Centre focuses on impacting ideal leadership and sustainable environment; an ideal leadership that enhances a sustainable environment and a better world where everyone counts.
Every human being is a potential leader in one way or the other, he or she acts as a leader knowingly or unknowingly. Some leadership may have been assumed by choice through an election, others by circumstances, by appointment, or inheritance. Either way knowledge of leadership principles and norms are vital in achieving ideal leadership. Our choice to lead others, sometimes becomes a burden either on the leadership or the subordinates.
There is a need to understand the principles of leadership in order to be able to make wise choices in a situations where there is an opportunity to choose leaders and also to understand leadership or to be a good follower. By so doing leadership would be effective to ensure a secured society that provides socio-economic prosperity for all. Leadership concerns every one, in the sense that at any given time we are under the leadership of some body. A leader must have the right attitude to be able to lead a group of people at all times. An ideal leadership must be people oriented.
There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don’t look even slightly believable. If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn’t anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text. All the Lorem Ipsum generators on the Internet tend to repeat predefined chunks.
